Day Two of my overly ambitious week training plan has been completed with success!
I have to say that with my body being sore from Monday I had some…motivational issues!
BUT, my last week’s commitment didn’t leave any room for laziness.
So, Bootcamp was a killer an hour of different stations, mostly bodyweight exercises, tabata style, 20 sec max effort and 10 sec rest. Such a sweaty and fulfilling session!
After that I wanted to complete my running goal for the day, so despite being exhausted, I had a nice jog back home and then I COLLAPSED on the floor, happy with myself!
Another big plus of the day is the 500 calories deficit which is my daily target to achieve my long term body tranformation goals over the next months!
