Yesterday’s Schedule was:

Warm Up: 5 mins Rowing Machine

Routine:

  • Dumbell Swing 3×15
  • Dumbell Drop Squat 3×10 RM (To failure)
  • Dumbell Curl and Press 3×12 RM (To failure)
  • Plyo Pushups 3xFailure
  • Triceps Pushdown 3x12RM (To failure)
  • Cable Sword Raises 2×12 (each hand)

Cool Down:

  • 15 mins Treadmill interval running
  • 20 mins Skip Rope
