I have created my next week’s training schedule and I am posting it here so I keep myself accountable and motivated when the laziness kicks in!
As you will see below it consists of:
- 2 Weight Lifting Full Body Sessions
- 2 Bootcamp Classes for Strength and Conditioning
- 1 Core Focused Session
- 5 Running Sessions
I know that 10 sessions in a week maybe too optimistic to achieve but I have to raise the bar high and push to be better! That is my mentality and the only way get better in anything I do.
I will post details for each session daily! Another reason for me to keep going and keep pushing!
